Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website.

Welcome to Sirat Institute. These Terms set out the rules and guidelines that apply when you use our website and take part in our courses, seminars, and community activities. They are intended to be clear and fair, in keeping with the values of trust, honesty, and good conduct (adab) at the heart of our work.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website institut-sirat.com (the "Website") and any courses, seminars, events, or services offered by Sirat Institute ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Website or taking part in our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and any applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaks the law or harms others.

4. Courses, Seminars, and Events

Information about our courses, seminars, and events is provided on the Website for general guidance. Schedules, instructors, fees (where applicable), and content may change. We will do our best to communicate any significant changes in advance.

By enrolling in or attending one of our activities, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering and update us if anything changes.
  • Respect the timing, structure, and instructions of the course or event.
  • Behave in a manner consistent with Islamic etiquette (adab) and respect towards teachers, students, and other participants.

5. Children and Young People

Some of our programmes are designed for children and young people. A parent or guardian is responsible for the registration, attendance, and conduct of any participant under 18. By registering a minor, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that you have read and accept these Terms on their behalf.

6. Donations and Payments

Where a course, seminar, or event involves a contribution, donation, or fee, the amount and method of payment will be communicated to you in advance. Unless stated otherwise, donations are non-refundable. Refund requests for paid activities will be considered on a case-by-case basis where there are exceptional circumstances.

You may view, download, and print Website content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
